Products purchased directly from Microcopy within the last 12 months may be returned.

To return products call us at 800.235.1863. A return label will be sent to you
to pay for shipping. Once we receive the return, your account will be
issued a credit. If the product was purchased through a dealer,
please call them to return the product.

To replace a product, simply place the new order and the item
will be charged. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
